Positive: Hea asukoht, kena köök. Parkimine maja ees (tasuline ala).
Negative: Korter anti kiirustades üle, nõudepesumasinas olid veel eelmise külalise nõud. Kolmanda inimese voodipesud pidi ise otsima ja määrdunud tekile, padjale ise peale panema. Võtmetele peab eraldi järgi minema teisele aadrssile, ilma autota reisijale ebamugav lahendus.
